Samlino Group is seeking a highly ambitious Founder's Associate to join our Lisbon-based team. You will own and drive cross-market projects, working shoulder-to-shoulder with founders and international peers to deliver tangible results.

The role offers hands-on responsibilities, rapid learning, and significant exposure to multiple markets. Travel across markets is expected, with extended stays to collaborate with local teams. Fluency in English and a valid EU work permit are required.
