Samlino Group in Lisbon is seeking a Founder's Associate to drive strategic growth across three markets. Based in sunny Lisbon, you will own strategic initiatives and work directly with our founder and international teams.

You'll travel between markets, shape outcomes, and develop cross-functional plans while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, ambitious environment. If you are proactive, analytical, and eager to learn, this role offers rapid exposure, growth, and a chance to influence

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Setting ambitious yet achievable goals, developing strategic plans to reach them, and executing with urgency and intensity to deliver measurable outcomes
• Take ownership of assigned projects or tasks from inception to completion, including defining clear objectives, plans, and deliverables
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or obstacles and develop mitigation strategies
• Drive accountability by ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
• Act as a champion for our results-driven culture within the team and organization
• Build, coach, and empower A+ teams to reach their potential and provide 5-star experiences to our users and partners
• Project-based assignments with clear objectives spread across different geographies
