Job summary

TAP Air Portugal in Lisbon is recruiting Cabin Crew to represent Portugal's flag carrier with warmth and professionalism at 35,000 feet. You will provide safety and service across all flight phases, maintaining a high standard of passenger experience and acting as the face of TAP.

Required are 12th grade education, EASA Cabin Crew Attestation, valid medical certificate, and proficiency in Portuguese and English. Applicants must be able to work irregular shifts and meet grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Height 1.60–1.90 m, current as minimum and maximum height requirements.
• Educational qualification of 12th grade or equivalent in Portugal.
• Valid Cabin Crew Attestation per EASA regulations.
• Valid medical certificate per EASA regulations.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Willingness to work irregular shifts, including 24/7 coverage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cabin crew duties ensuring passenger and crew safety and comfort.
• Adhere to safety, emergency, and service procedures as per airline and aviation authorities.
• Promote a high standard of service and hospitality on board.
• Identify and report situations affecting operational safety and service quality.
