Qualifications

  • Willingness to work irregular shifts, including 24/7 coverage.

Your Mission

Carry out cabin crew duties in the interest of passenger and crew safety and comfort throughout all phases of flight operations, delivering excellent service in line with the airline's quality standards, rules, and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safety, emergency, and service procedures established by the airline and relevant aviation authorities—safety is always the priority. Contribute to safe, efficient, and customer-oriented operations—every flight should run smoothly. Maintain high standards of service quality and passenger experience—you're the face of TAP. Promote an atmosphere of trust, professionalism, and hospitality on board—you create the welcome. Proactively identify and report situations that could compromise operational safety—vigilance is essential. Represent the airline to customers, reflecting its values and standards of excellence.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Height: Minimum of 1.60 m and maximum of 1.90 m.
  • Education: Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade or an officially recognized equivalent in Portugal.
  • Certification: Valid Cabin Crew Attestation in accordance with EASA regulations.
  • Medical: Valid medical certificate in accordance with EASA regulations.
  • Languages: Good spoken and written Portuguese and English.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Appearance: Professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • Tattoos & Piercings: No visible tattoos or piercings, and no nail-biting habit.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
  • Swimming: Ability to swim without flotation devices or other aids.
  • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Portugal.
  • Availability: Willingness to work irregular shifts, including schedules covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Preferred Requirements
  • Previous professional experience as a cabin crew member.
  • Professional experience in face-to-face customer service.
  • Proficiency in foreign languages other than Portuguese and English.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher academic qualification recognized in Portugal.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Non-smoker.
