The Lemon Consulting is seeking bilingual customer support agents to join our international team in a hybrid role after an initial 3-month period. You will assist customers via phone, email and chat, resolving product and order queries and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Flemish (C1/C2) and have strong English (B2+) skills, with excellent communication and a customer-focused mindset. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
