The lemon Consulting is seeking a fluent Flemish and English-speaking customer support specialist to join our international team in Porto. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving product and order questions with a focus on customer satisfaction.

This role offers a base salary of €1,400 per month, plus a €150 language bonus and a performance bonus of up to €100 per month. After a 3-month probation, the position shifts to hybrid work with no weekend shifts.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Flemish (C1/C2) and English (B2+).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
