Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will serve as the primary contact for our Flemish client base. Daily duties include:

• Customer Support: Handling inbound inquiries from Flemish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email in a prompt, professional manner.
  
• Troubleshooting: Resolving issues related to product features, order status, warranties, and basic appliance setup.
  
• Case Management: Documenting customer interactions in our CRM tool, maintaining records, and following up on pending tickets.
  
• Quality Service: Delivering empathetic, attentive assistance to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
  
• Team Collaboration: Partnering with team leads and peers to maintain quality standards and reach collective goals.
  

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent command of Flemish (written and spoken), plus professional English proficiency (B2 level minimum) for training and internal communication.
  
• Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written expression paired with an empathetic mindset.
  
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and comfort navigating web tools and CRM platforms.
  
• Problem Solving: A proactive approach to addressing customer issues and helping others.
  
• Flexibility: Willingness to work structured, rotating shift patterns.
  
• Experience: Background in retail, hospitality, or call centers is helpful, but not required. Motivation and eagerness to learn are top priorities.
  

Work Schedule

• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly (8 hours per day, 5 days per week).
  
• Shift Window: Rotational shifts scheduled between 07:00 AM and 05:00 PM.
  
• Work Model: Hybrid (combining work-from-home flexibility with key on-site days at our Lisbon office).
  

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: €1,400 gross per month, issued 14 times annually (includes holiday and end-of-year bonuses).
  
• Language Bonus: An extra €150 net per month for using your Flemish skills.
  
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100 monthly KPI incentive tied to quality targets.
