• Language Skills: Fluent in Flemish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Handle customer inquiries related to accounts, products, services, orders and general requests.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely assistance.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, and services with clear information.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high standards of service and satisfaction.
• Accurately record interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or exceptional cases according to procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, and response times.
• Stay up to date with products, services, policies and training.
