BlueView Talent in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring a Customer Specialist to be a main contact for customers, handling inquiries, requests, and concerns with accurate information and timely, solution‑oriented support. You will work onsite in a friendly, professional team, meet KPIs, and continuously learn about products and processes.

Fluency in Flemish and English, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities are required.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and within the required timeframe.
• Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, procedures, and best practices through ongoing training and development.
