Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Hardware Developer in Lisbon to design, develop, and test cutting-edge electronics. You will document designs with emphasis on safety-related components and drive improvements across processes and products.

Qualifications

Academic degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
1+ year of experience as a hardware engineer.
Experience in analog or mixed-signal hardware design, power electronics, and display technologies.
Proficiency in schematic design, PCB layout reviews, and circuit simulations.
Knowledge of EMC testing and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Portuguese and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test electronic hardware solutions.
Document solution directions and designs, with a special focus on safety-related components.
Identify opportunities for process and product improvements and actively drive their implementation.
Select components, create schematics (including simulations), and review PCB layouts.
Conduct verification and integration testing.
Support and troubleshoot issues during EMC testing.
Actively participate and contribute to all design-related activities.
