ITDS in Lisbon is seeking an Application Production Engineer to support e/mBanking applications and ensure operational stability in a hybrid, Lisbon-based setup. You will help deploy, maintain, and optimize critical banking services during the digital transformation journey.

The role requires 2+ years of RUN/support experience, knowledge of Apache Tomcat, Docker, Linux, and CI/CD tools such as XL Deploy, XL Release, or Jenkins.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in application production support or RUN environments.
• Experience with Apache, Tomcat, Docker, and API-based landscapes.
• Hands-on with deployment and release tools such as XL Deploy, XL Release or Jenkins.
• Strong Linux knowledge with Windows familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day RUN / MCO support for e/mBanking apps and APIs to ensure high availability.
• Diagnose incidents and coordinate resolution across support and development teams.
• Execute deployments, releases, and configuration changes using CI/CD tools.
• Maintain production stability by updating docs and procedures.
• Collaborate with technical leads and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous service.
