Responsibilities include drafting customer-facing legal documents, managing regulatory applications, and engaging with European and local regulators to ensure timely adherence to evolving regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Post Qualified Experience (PQE) in regulatory law.
• Experience advising on European financial regulations (PSD2, CRD).
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Draft customer-facing legal documents for products and services.
• Manage regulatory applications and expectations with European and local regulators.
• Engage directly with regulators to ensure compliance.
