Job summary

A Edp Renewables procura um Especialista de Contabilidade Financeira para se juntar à equipa em regime híbrido, com foco em encerramentos mensais, trimestrais e anuais e na gestão de transações intercompanhias.

Requer-se licenciatura em Contabilidade/Finanças, 2–4 anos de experiência, IFRS, SAP e Excel avançado, bem como domínio de Português e Inglês. Contrato de período fixo com possibilidade de continuidade.

Qualifications

• Licenciatura em Contabilidade, Finanças, Economia ou área relacionada.
• 2–4 anos de experiência em contabilidade.
• Conhecimento de IFRS.
• Experiência com SAP é uma mais-valia.
• Proficiência em Português e Inglês, escrito e falado.

Responsibilities

• Executar encerramentos de mês, trimestre e ano.
• Preparar e rever lançamentos, reconciliações e análises contabilísticas.
• Assegurar a exactidão do razão geral e dos relatórios financeiros.
• Preparar contas estatutárias e pacotes de reporting.
• Gerir transações intercompanh ou reconciliações.

Financial Accounting Specialist

We are looking for an Financial Accounting Specialistto join our team.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting analyses
• Ensure the accuracy of the general ledger and financial statements
• Preparation of statutory accounts and reporting packages
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Monitor and account capital expenditures (CAPEX) related to renewable energy projects
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Support internal and external auditors
• Maintain adequate documentation and audit trails for all significant transactions
• Collaborate and support BU teams

Employment type: Full-Time

Contract type: Fixed-Term Contract – 01/11/2026 to 19/01/2028

Work site: Hybrid Model – Porto or Lisbon

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the renewable energy sector
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills are a plus
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
