WLG is seeking a hands-on professional to ensure accurate quarterly invoices and strong financial governance for IT and business operations. You will own the invoicing cycles, price proposals, LOAs, and service support agreements, while coordinating daily procurement and resource plans to keep projects on track.

As the customer focal point, you will diplomatically handle issues, preserving relationships and driving successful outcomes across engagements.

Qualificações

• Service delivery or project management in an IT or business operations setting.
• Genuine financial and invoicing acumen; hands-on ServiceNow experience; comfort with procurement workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own quarterly reporting, invoicing, price proposals, and service agreements.
• Manage daily operational tasks including purchase requisitions, travel requests, and resource plans.
• Serve as the customer focal point, diplomatically handling issues to preserve relationships.
