Michael Page is partnering with a global client in Porto to recruit an Accounts Receivable Team Leader. You will lead a finance operations team, drive end-to-end O2C processes, and ensure service quality in a fast-paced, international environment.

Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus. The role offers growth, exposure to transformation initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Proven experience leading finance operations teams, preferably within shared services.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and related controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.

• Promote standardised processes and consistent ways of working across multiple business areas;
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner for operational delivery and continuous improvement;
• Support organisational growth and transformation initiatives within a dynamic international environment.

Profile

• Proven experience leading finance operations teams, preferably within shared services;
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including collections, credit management, cash application, and related controls;
• Solid experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications;
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, solve complex operational challenges, and deliver measurable results;
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities;
• Hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused mindset with excellent organisational skills;
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment;
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
