Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Lisbon, Portugal, is recruiting a Finance Lead to support Portugal finance operations with financial analysis, reporting and insights. The role partners with local and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate planning, performance tracking and compliance.

The position offers exposure to cross-border finance activities and the opportunity to contribute to the financial health and growth of DePuy Synthes within the Johnson & Johnson family.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA with finance concentration preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.

Responsabilidades

• Support Portugal financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across regions and markets.
• Prepare and analyze management reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards for local and regional finance leaders.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct financial analyses of business results and drivers to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to standardize reporting and improve processes.
• Support internal and external audit requirements and respond to ad hoc financial requests.
• Apply company financial controls, governance standards, and ethical principles.
