DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for a Finance Lead located in Lisbon, Portugal. The role supports Portugal finance operations with financial analysis, reporting, and insights to guide business decisions, partnering with local and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate planning and compliance.

This position offers exposure to cross-border finance activities and growth within DePuy Synthes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.
• Master’s or MBA with finance/business concentration preferred.
• Typically 5–8 years of relevant finance experience expected.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard financial systems.
• Experience with IFRS/US GAAP and SAP ERP beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Support Portugal financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across regions and markets.
• Prepare and analyze management reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct financial analyses of business results, trends, and drivers for decision-making.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to standardize reporting and improve processes.
• Support internal and external audit requirements and respond to ad hoc requests.
