Johnson & Johnson in Lisbon is hiring a Finance Lead to support financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis across regions. You will partner with regional teams to ensure accurate close processes and adherence to governance standards.

The role requires 5–8 years of finance experience, a BA/BS in finance or related field, and strong Excel and SAP capabilities. English required; Portuguese helpful. Occasional travel may apply.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA with a finance or business concentration preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant finance experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP reporting standards is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support Portugal financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across regions and markets.
• Prepare and analyze management reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards for local and regional finance and business leaders.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct financial analyses of business results, trends, and drivers to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to standardize reporting and improve financial processes.
• Support internal and external audit requirements and respond to ad hoc financial requests.
• Apply company financial controls, governance standards, and ethical principles in all activities.
