DePuy Synthes, the orthopaedics division of Johnson & Johnson MedTech, is seeking a Sales Representative Trauma for the Lisboa region. You will manage trauma business across Lisboa, combining commercial ownership with clinical credibility and territory execution.

In this role you will strengthen relationships with surgeons and hospital accounts, deliver in-theatre support, and drive portfolio adoption. A strong sales mindset and knowledge of orthopaedics will help you excel and advance within a

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Business, Marketing or related area.
• Fluent Portuguese and good English communication skills.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel within the Lisboa region.
• Previous commercial sales experience in healthcare or medical devices preferred.
• Clinical learning agility: understand surgical procedures, clinical needs and product benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Drive territory commercial performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Build strategic customer partnerships with orthopaedic trauma surgeons and hospital accounts.
• Provide high-quality in-theatre support and ensure product availability.
• Support customer education, product demonstrations and surgeon engagement activities.
• Maintain territory planning, market insights and account-level opportunities.
