Job summary

Norfin, part of Arrow Global Portugal, is recruiting a Finance & Accounting Associate in Lisbon. The role involves registering fund operations, SPV operations in Primavera, and supporting financial modeling and audits.

The candidate should have an Accounting-related degree (preferred) and about 2 years' experience, with Primavera experience as a plus and English proficiency for written and oral communication.

Qualifications

• Education degree in Accounting (preferred), Economics, Management or Finance.
• 2 years' experience in the field or similar.
• Experience in Primavera software will be a Plus.
• Experience in operations of funds/companies (preferred).
• Experience in Balance Sheet and income statement of entities (preferred).
• Written and oral skills in English; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and registering fund operations in Fund Manager and Primavera.
• Preparing and registering operations for SPVs under management (non-regulated) in Primavera.
• Providing information for financial models and business plans.
• Registering stamp tax on lease agreements.
• Preparing maps of outstanding rents.
• Registering invoices, receipts and payments to suppliers.
• Preparing and reviewing tax returns and other fiscal declarations.
• Preparing information for auditors and reporting to regulators.
