Job summary

Ascenza Agro in Lisboa is seeking a trials coordinator to manage field trial contracts, data processing, and reporting. The role involves coordinating with CROs, handling invoices in SAP, and ensuring timely, high-quality trial results.

You will review ARM reports, upload data to the global database, and prepare data summaries with charts. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus. This is a temporary project with potential for further opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agricultural or Agronomical Eng.
• Experience or interest in field trials spraying and assessment.
• Understanding of EPPO Standards (preferred).
• Familiarity with Good Experimental Practice regulations (preferred).
• Experience with ARM program (preferred).
• Statistics applied to agronomical trials.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel; Word and PowerPoint.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Availability for a temporary project.

Responsibilities

• Contact agronomical trials companies (CROs) to contract efficacy trials and manage data flow.
• Review ARM reports to ensure data quality and evaluation against criteria.
• Upload ARM reports to the global data base.
• Prepare data summaries from trials data, including tables and charts.
