Ria Money Transfer, a business segment of Euronet Worldwide, is seeking a field-based Agent Acquisition Specialist to expand our network of agents in the South of Portugal, with a focus on Algarve/Alentejo. You will recruit, onboard and support agents to promote Ria’s services and build lasting partnerships.

The role requires outstanding communication, experience in indirect sales, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline, conduct meetings and demonstrations, and travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in ethnic channel and indirect sales, preferably in remittance or payment services.
• Experience as a sales point manager (GPV).
• Willingness to travel and work independently.
• Strong, goal-oriented approach with resilience.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit new agents and develop existing ones with weekly target plans.
• Onboard and train new agents.
• Retrain existing agents as needed.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and nurture client relationships.
• Provide branding solutions to agents per Marketing guidelines.
• Build strong relationships to sustain long-term collaboration.
• Organize a structured weekly plan to meet goals.
• Ensure agents follow Marketing dress code to boost visibility.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting to close.
