MetLife Portugal is seeking a Sales Executive to recruit, train and develop brokers in Lisbon and the Algarve, driving growth of MetLife’s broker network and product penetration. You will collaborate with the Area Supervisor in a face-to-face environment, manage KPI targets, and build an inclusive, performance-driven culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, driving licence, Microsoft Office proficiency, and fluency in English and Portuguese.

Qualificações

• Spoken English and native Portuguese
