Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our teams and support the delivery of software solutions and services for a leading international technology-driven environment. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams, ensuring that project commitments, service quality, and customer expectations are consistently met.

Qualificações

• Experience in service delivery, project management, customer success, account management, or software delivery environments.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders on complex technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, solution delivery processes, and customer-facing service management practices.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with IT and business executives to support partnerships.
• Manage the pipeline and status of all deliverables across standard products, custom development, and services.
• Coordinate delivery timelines internally and update Project Managers on progress and dates.
• Create and maintain customer dashboards with progress and challenges for all deliverables.
• Provide regular summaries for management attention, highlighting challenges to be addressed.
• Contribute to invoicing processes for product implementations and custom development.
• Serve as main contact for resolving functional issues (Change Requests and Work Orders) with the account team.
