Job summary
Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking a Fiber Optic Technician to support installation, termination, and testing within energy infrastructure projects across Europe.
Based initially in Germany, the role follows a rotating schedule of 3 weeks on site and 2 weeks off in Portugal, offering international exposure, long-term stability, and development opportunities.

Qualifications
- Proven fiber optic technician experience in energy/telecom environments.
- Experience with fusion splicing, termination and testing of fiber optics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and docs.
- Familiarity with OTDR and other testing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform fiber optic installation and assembly per project specs.
- Install, route, fuse splice, terminate and test fiber optic cables/equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and project docs.
- Conduct fiber optic testing and document results.
