Job summary

Meller in Porto is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and become a true brand ambassador. You will provide personalised service, help with product replenishment, and maintain an energetic, brand-reflective store environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in fashion sales or customer service, English proficiency, a strong aesthetic sense, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service in fashion.
• High level of English; a third language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Put the customer at the centre, offering personalised advice and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
• Help maintain the store according to Meller standards, keeping the space organised and reflective of the brand identity.
• Support product replenishment, store maintenance, and cash register operations with accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to ensure everyone delivers their best in every interaction.
• Connect with customers, conveying the energy, authenticity, and uniqueness of Meller.
