SeaLink in Faro, Portugal, is hiring a Computer Support Specialist to provide frontline IT support for clients. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues and work with a team to resolve them quickly.

The role requires clear communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to explain technical information in simple terms. A bachelor's degree in computer science is preferred, with room for growth in a friendly environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required.
• Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems (7/8/10).
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and network related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems reported by clients.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
• Conduct regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation and user guides.
