WealthGuard USA in Faro, Portugal is seeking a Computer Support Specialist to join our IT team. You will provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot hardware and software, and help maintain secure, well-documented systems.

The ideal candidate has IT support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Bachelor’s degree preferred; salary is 1800$ monthly and negotiable based on experience.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and assistance to clients with computer systems, hardware, and software
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Train users on new technology and provide guidance on system operations
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and updates
• Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are up-to-date
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
• Stay updated on new technology trends and implement best practices for system efficiency
