The role requires basic tools knowledge, physical fitness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Salary is $1500 per month, with the option to grow as you gain experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in building maintenance or construction preferred but not required.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights if needed.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with regular inspections and maintenance of building facades.
• Complete minor repairs such as patching cracks and replacing damaged materials.
• Clean and maintain exterior surfaces including windows, doors and walls.
• Keep track of inventory for necessary tools and materials.
• Communicate any significant issues to senior team members.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on elevated surfaces.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed.
