Workato in Faro, Portugal, is seeking an experienced Facade Engineer to join our team on a contract basis.

You will design, install and maintain building facades to meet aesthetic, functional and safety requirements, and coordinate with architects, contractors and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, has at least 3 years in facade engineering, is proficient in CAD software, and demonstrates strong communication and project management skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in facade engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and industry standards related to facades.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Biometric passport required.

Responsabilidades

• Design building facades according to project specifications and requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for facade designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for facade installations.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of facade designs.
• Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction phase.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on existing facades to ensure safety and functionality.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and advancements in facade technology.
