Qualificações

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facade Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Faro As a member of our maintenance team you will be responsible for assisting with the upkeep and repair of building facades in the city

Responsibilities

• Assist with regular inspections and maintenance of building facades
• Complete minor repairs such as patching cracks and replacing damaged materials
• Clean and maintain exterior surfaces including windows doors and walls
• Keep track of inventory for necessary tools and materials
• Communicate any significant issues or concerns to senior team members
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on elevated surfaces or using equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed
