AquaNav in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Facade Specialist to design, construct, and maintain building exteriors, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure façade aesthetics and structural integrity. The role requires a strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, safety regulations, and excellent project management to oversee the facade process from design to installation.

Lisbon-based contract position.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facade design or construction.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site visits to assess existing facades and provide recommendations for repairs or updates.
• Select appropriate building materials based on budget, climate conditions, and desired aesthetics.

As a Facade Specialist you will be responsible for designing constructing and maintaining the exterior of buildings and structures You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that the facade is not only aesthetically pleasing but also structurally sound This position requires a strong understanding of building materials construction techniques and safety regulations You will also need to have excellent project management skills to oversee the entire facade process from design to installation

This is a contract job located in Lisbon Portugal
