As part of EY’s Consulting practice, the Digital Risk team helps organizations identify, assess and manage technology-related risks while enabling innovation and business growth.
We are currently seeking an Experienced Manager – Digital Risk to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex engagements, support clients in strengthening their risk and control environments, and contribute to the growth of EY’s Digital Risk practice across national and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver projects focused on Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control and Internal Audit, with a particular emphasis on IT and Digital Risks;
- Manage client engagements from planning through execution, ensuring high-quality delivery and achievement of project objectives;
- Support organizations in identifying, assessing and mitigating technology and digital risks;
- Develop practical and sustainable recommendations that create measurable business value for clients;
- Build, develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor;
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives with existing and prospective clients;
- Manage engagement teams, resource allocation, project planning and financial performance;
- Prepare and review high-quality deliverables, reports and client presentations;
- Support the development of innovative solutions and market offerings within Digital Risk;
- Design and contribute to go-to‑market initiatives, thought leadership activities, events and campaigns;
- Collaborate across EY service lines to develop integrated client solutions and multidisciplinary engagements;
- Coach, mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning;
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, regulatory developments and leading market practices relevant to Digital Risk.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field;
- A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in IT Risk, IT Audit, Digital Risk, Internal Controls or related areas;
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and leading complex project environments;
- Proven experience delivering and managing large-scale client engagements;
- Experience in IT Internal Controls and/or SOX-related controls frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and similar standards;
- Experience conducting IT-related Internal Audit engagements;
- Experience in IT Risk Transformation services, including areas such as: IT Risk Management; Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC); Data Analytics; Policy and Standards Management; Issues Management; IT Regulation and Compliance;
- Experience supporting ERP implementation risk management initiatives and/or ERP security and controls reviews, including platforms such as SAP, Oracle or PeopleSoft;
- Full professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience assessing or managing risks associated with Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies;
- Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and governance frameworks;
- Understanding of Internal Audit and Internal Control frameworks, including ICFR, SOX, COSO and IIA standards;
- Knowledge of Risk Management and Enterprise Resilience frameworks, including ISO 31000 and COSO ERM;
- Professional certifications or willingness to pursue certifications such as CISA, CIA, CRISC, COBIT, ISO-related certifications;
- International project experience within multicultural environments.
