A Emma, The Sleep Company, procura um Expansion Manager para liderar o desenvolvimento da rede de franquias na Alemanha a partir de Lisboa. Junta-se a uma equipa internacional com foco em ownership, colaboração e impacto.

O candidato ideal tem mais de 2 anos de experiência em gestão de projetos ou desenvolvimento de franquias, fala alemão e inglês, está disponível para viajar e tem formação em Administração, Marketing ou área relacionada.

Qualifications

• Mais de 2 anos de experiência em gestão de projetos ou desenvolvimento de franchising
• Fluência em alemão e inglês (outras línguas são um plus)
• Disponibilidade para viajar
• Experiência em desenvolvimento de franquias ou lançamentos de lojas na Alemanha é mais um.
• Perfil empreendedor com fortes habilidades de empatia e negociação

Responsibilities

• Desenvolver a rede de franquias da Emma na Alemanha e assegurar o seu sucesso
• Definir e conduzir uma estratégia de geração de leads para identificar candidatos qualificados
• Gerir stakeholders internos e externos (equipes, potenciais franqueados, partes legais e imobiliárias)
• Conquistar domínio de mercado e autonomia total sobre a região (dinâmica local, concorrência, áreas de abrangência)
• Desenvolver um plano estratégico de expansão da rede cobrindo aspectos legais, financeiros, operacionais e de marketing
• Negociar acordos de franquia com empatia, construindo relações duradouras com os parceiros
• Ser exemplo de alto desempenho e liderança para a equipa

What you´ll do:

• Be responsible for the development of Emma's franchise network in Germany and ensure its success
• Define and drive a lead generation strategy to identify and attract qualified franchise candidates in the German market
• Manage internal and external stakeholders (internal teams, prospective franchisees, legal and real estate partners) throughout the development process
• Build deep market mastery and full ownership of your market: local dynamics, competition, catchment areas, expansion potential
• Develop a strategic plan for franchise network expansion covering all aspects of the business (legal, financial, operational, marketing)
• Negotiate franchise agreements with empathy, building trusted, long-term relationships with partners
• Be an inspirational example for team members through high performance and demonstrated leadership

Who we´re looking for:

• More than 2 years of experience in project management or network/franchise development
• Availability to travel
• You are fluent in German and English (other languages are a plus!)
• Experience in franchise development or store launches in Germany is a plus
• You combine an entrepreneurial mindset with strong empathic and negotiation skills, building solid partner relationships and finding win-win solutions
• You are resilient and able to drive your projects to completion, successfully and on time
• First-hand experience in business development, partnership management, or lead generation is a plus
• First-hand experience in launching a store or franchise is a plus
• Your strengths include a sense of responsibility, self-reliance, and a structured way of working
• You love to organize and coordinate things yourself, and can move forward independently
• You are passionate, self-confident, and comfortable approaching new people
• A completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
