Job summary

Apply is seeking a remote LinkedIn executive content writer to run the executive content program for two brands, Darkroom and Shadow. You will interview leaders, ghostwrite posts, and ensure each account has a consistent voice and cadence.

You will edit drafts to remove marketing speak, maintain the executives’ authentic voice, and support teammates posting content. The role is remote with hiring across Brazil, Portugal or Spain, and all work occurs in English.

Qualifications

• Ghostwrite for founders or executives on LinkedIn in their voice.
• Understand B2B buyers and decision processes.
• Write about DTC, performance marketing, retention and AI tooling without a briefing.
• Able to interview executives and generate a week of varied posts.
• Sharp editor who removes marketing speak and preserves person’s voice.
• Familiar with LinkedIn formats and distribution channels.
• Daily use of Claude, ChatGPT or similar for research and idea generation.

Responsibilities

• Run the executive content program across two brands with a clear voice and rhythm.
• Conduct voice interviews and transform them into posts that sound like the executive.
• Create context files for each executive with voice, stories and boundaries.
• Ghostwrite ideas, drafts and approvals for posts end to end.
• Manage one executive calendar across accounts to prevent topic clashes.
• Coordinate posts around launches, events and webinars for cross-account reinforcement.
• Produce formats including text posts, carousels, short scripts, and repurposed talks.
• Edit every draft to remove marketing speak while preserving authenticity.
• Analyze what works and feed insights back into future calendars.
