SIXT is seeking a Purchasing Support Admin to join our Purchasing team in Lisbon or Berlin. You will be the organizational backbone, handling contract data, fleet information, and holding cost calculations with precision.

Working with a talented team of purchasers, you’ll draft, update and maintain contract documents, review data, and support AI-driven data extraction initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment with hybrid work and generous benefits.

Qualificações

• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus (French or Spanish).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately across multiple systems.
• Experience with Excel and Word in a data‑driven environment is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate and maintain fleet holding cost calculations in our systems.
• Act as the first internal contact for data relating to vehicles and handle operational issues.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, drafting, updating and maintaining review documents and amendments.
• Review contract documents and assess holding cost calculations against them.
• Evaluate AI-extracted contract data and support prompt optimization to improve data extraction quality.

Our Purchasing team organizes the acquisition of hundreds of thousands of vehicles every year for innovative mobility products such as car rental, subscription, and car sharing.

As a Purchasing Support Admin (m/f/d) at SIXT you will be the organizational backbone of the team, handling contract data, fleet information, and holding cost calculations with precision.

You will work directly with a team of talented purchasers who are counting on you to keep everything running.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You calculate and maintain fleet holding cost calculations in our systems
• You act as the first internal contact person for all data relating to our vehicles and handle various operational issues in day-to-day business
• You manage the contract lifecycle, including drafting, updating, and maintaining contract review documents as well as amendments
• You review contract documents and assess holding cost calculations against them
• You evaluate AI-extracted contract data and support prompt optimization to improve data extraction qualit

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You have completed a degree in Business Management or a vocational training in the commercial or automotive sector and bring relevant professional experience
• Languages You are fluent in English (mandatory) with additional languages being a plus, French and/or Spanish
• Motivation You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a hands‑on mentality without losing sight of the details
• Hard Skills You thrive when taking care of all the details of our vehicles with great accuracy and ensuring data consistency
