A SIXT Lisbon Experience está à procura de Talent Sourcer (m/f/d) para integrar a equipa de Talent Acquisition e trazer técnicas ativas de sourcing para identificar, engajar e avaliar candidatos. Trabalhará com recrutadores e gestores, desenvolvendo estratégias de sourcing, acompanhando tendências de mercado e promovendo uma cultura de contratação de alto impacto.

Qualificações

• Experiência prévia em Talent/Active Sourcing/Head hunting, em agência ou internamente.
• Conhecimento de plataformas de redes profissionais, sobretudo LinkedIn, e busca booleana.
• Inglês em alto nível é desejável; outras línguas são um plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identificar potenciais candidatos usando métodos de sourcing variados (online, redes, eventos).
• Conduzir entrevistas iniciais para avaliar qualificações, adequação cultural e potencial de sucesso.
• Desenvolver estratégia de sourcing em colaboração com recrutadores e responsáveis de contratação.

You as a Talent Sourcer (m/f/d) will bring your expertise in active sourcing to a powerful and passionate team that lives and breathes talent acquisition. You will use creative methods to identify, engage and assess top candidates while staying ahead of market trends. Sounds interesting?

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You use various sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, job boards, databases, professional networks, and industry events to identify potential candidates

You conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success while acting as an ambassador for SIXT

You develop a sourcing strategy in close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers

You stay up to date on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and talent market insights

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Experience

You already have some (first) experience in the field of Talent/Active Sourcing/Headhunting, at an headhunting agency or inhouse

Tools

You have experience with business networks (especially LinkedIn) and Boolean search

Motivation

You don't give up easily and enjoy finding new and creative ways to reach out to people

Languages

You have very good English skills, other languages are a plus
