Empa-T in Mafra, Portugal is seeking an IT Recruiter to identify, attract, and engage top technology professionals across national and international markets. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions and collaborate with Business Managers.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, screen and interview, build talent pipelines, and ensure a great candidate experience while supporting employer branding and continuous improvement of recruitment

Qualificações

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct screening calls and recruitment interviews.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple technologies and markets.
• Present and promote career opportunities to candidates.
• Collaborate closely with Business Managers to understand client needs and hiring priorities.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
