Job summary

Wink is seeking an International Sales Manager to develop its European business, working with customers across the region and coordinating with teams in China. The role focuses on market analysis, distributor development, and closing major energy storage projects.

Candidates should have 5+ years in C&I or utility-scale energy storage, proven project delivery, and strong English skills; Chinese language is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant commercial experience in C&I or utility-scale energy storage.
• Proven experience managing projects through to delivery.
• Experience in direct key account sales and distributor development, with relevant European customer relationships.
• Fluent English, spoken and written. Chinese language skills are a strong asset.
• Familiarity with European business cultures.
• Already based in the European Union, preferably in Lisbon.
• Willingness to undertake extended business travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyse European market demand, local policies, market entry requirements and competitor activity to develop regional sales plans.
• Acquire and develop customers, including independent power producers, major energy developers and grid companies.
• Build distribution partnerships with local EPC contractors, small and medium-sized integrators, and energy storage brands.
• Manage the full commercial cycle: enquiries, customer requirements, technical solution coordination, quotations, negotiations, contracts, order follow-up, delivery and payment collection.
• Coordinate internal teams to resolve project execution issues and manage commercial risks.
• Grow existing accounts through repeat business and additional project opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and share market insights to support product and sales strategy.
• Review sales performance, refine your approach and achieve annual targets.
