Job summary

Nadara seeks an Accounting Manager overseeing PT, ES, LU accounting functions, ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and IFRS16/GAAP compliance across jurisdictions. Leadership of a multi-entity team in a dynamic environment.

Role covers intercompany reconciliations, capex, hedging, and liaising with auditors; requires fully qualified accountant and fluent English; travel UK/Europe.

Qualifications

• Fully Certified Accountant with multi-entity experience.
• Fluent in English; Spanish desirable.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and GAAP exposure (SNC/PGC/Lux GAAP desirable).
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare statutory financial statements in local GAAP and IFRS for group consolidation.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations across the group.
• Support external audits and strengthen internal controls.
• Lead hedge accounting, IFRS 9, IFRS 16, capex and fixed assets.
• Provide technical accounting guidance to senior management.
