Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Accountant (mandatory).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting within an international/multinational environment (mandatory).
• Experience in international financial reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using accounting software and ERP systems.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Experience working with international teams.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and manage priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and analyse account reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and analyses.
• Work closely with European and global stakeholders to support accounting and reporting activities.
• Collaborate daily with international teams across different countries.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiencies.
• Resolve accounting-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
