Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to lead and manage the accounting operations across multiple international entities. This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with local teams, external advisors, and stakeholders across different countries.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting operations for multiple company entities.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data and prepare financial statements.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes for each entity.
• Communicate and coordinate with local accounting providers.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, corporate tax, VAT, etc. in collaboration with local tax advisors.
• Manage cash flow and optimize working capital across countries.
• Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and oversee transfer pricing compliance.
• Implement and enforce internal controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to manage audits in accordance with local regulations.
• Work closely with local accounting teams or external firms to ensure smooth operations.

• Ability to manage accounting functions across multiple countries and regulatory environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, international business environment.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with local teams and advisors.
• Fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, or Czech.
