Revolut is seeking a Risk Manager to lead ESG risk initiatives within the second line of defence. You’ll develop standards for ESG risk, implement stress testing, and report on risk exposures to senior governance bodies.

You'll work with first-line teams to strengthen controls, monitor evolving regulations, and model climate scenarios to inform business decisions. This role emphasizes analytical rigor, independent judgement, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in ESG or climate risk management.
• Experience developing and implementing climate risk stress testing.
• Knowledge of ESG regulations in financial services.
• Ability to work with data and break down complex problems.

Responsabilidades

• Setting standards for managing ESG risk, including risk appetite, balance sheet management, and impact assessments/responses to changes in ESG regulations
• Developing and maintaining risk management policies, procedures, limits, stress testing capabilities, analytics, system support, and reporting infrastructure
• Engaging and challenging first-line businesses to identify, monitor, and govern emerging ESG risks, including new product risk assessments
• Modelling ESG risks under climate stress scenarios with appropriate assumptions and calibrations
• Monitoring ESG risk exposures vs. established limits, investigating risk events, producing related MI reports, and escalating breaches to the appropriate committee
• Establishing relationships with senior stakeholders to enforce current risk management frameworks, identify emerging risks, and provide effective challenge
