Revolut is seeking a Risk Manager to identify and quantify ESG risk in a second line role. You’ll help set standards for ESG risk, support policy development, and monitor exposure across products and regions.

You will collaborate with first-line teams, run climate stress tests, produce risk MI, and escalate breaches. Strong analytical skills and experience in ESG are required; experience with SQL is a plus.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of ESG or climate risk management experience.
• Expertise in ESG risk issues and methodologies, with climate stress testing experience.
• Understanding of global financial markets and ESG/climate factor linkages.
• Knowledge of ESG-related regulations and their application in financial services.
• Experience with various stress testing methodologies, model development, and governance.
• Ability to decompose complex problems and work with data.
• Independent work style with good judgment and change management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set standards for ESG risk management, including risk appetite, balance sheet management, and regulatory responses.
• Develop and maintain risk policies, procedures, limits, stress testing capabilities, analytics, system support, and reporting infrastructure.
• Engage and challenge first-line businesses to identify and govern emerging ESG risks and product risk assessments.
• Model ESG risks under climate stress scenarios with appropriate assumptions.
• Monitor ESG risk exposures vs. limits, investigate risk events, produce MI reports, and escalate breaches to the committee.
• Establish relationships with senior stakeholders to enforce risk management frameworks and identify emerging risks.
