Unit4 is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager in Portugal to own the ESG program end-to-end, including CSRD, GHG reporting, and climate disclosures. You will lead policy lifecycle, oversee regulatory horizon scanning, and advise across a global SaaS business as an autonomous contributor within Legal and Compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in global compliance, strong ESG experience, and excellent English communication in a remote-first environment.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years executing, managing, or developing a global compliance program.
• Experience leading ESG/CSRD reporting including GHG Protocol.
• Ability to advise across a technology/SaaS environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own ESG program end-to-end, including CSRD and climate disclosures.
• Manage policy lifecycle and global rollout; maintain calendar.
• Oversee regulatory horizon scanning and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface compliance issues early.
