ConFlip in Faro is seeking an entry-level Computer Support Specialist to assist clients with hardware, software and network issues. You will diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems while delivering friendly support.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; IT training is a plus.
• Proficient in computer systems, networks and troubleshooting techniques.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist in Faro. In this role you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients resolving computer hardware software and network issues.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients


• Install and configure computer hardware software and peripherals


• Provide timely and effective customer support through phone email or in-person communication


• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and resolutions


• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for better customer service


• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent additional certifications or training in IT is a plus


• Proficient in computer systems networks and troubleshooting techniques


• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
