The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with Day or Night shifts. You will assist customers across channels, resolve billing and access issues, troubleshoot platforms, and guide users on features while delivering high-quality support.

We are partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting an innovative international company developing some of the world’s most advanced AI and generative AI technologies.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with both Day Shift and Night Shift. Day shifts are scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00, while Night Shifts operate between 22:00 and 07:00, Monday to Sunday.

Your Role

• Support customers across multiple communication channels
• Resolve billing, invoicing and account access enquiries
• Troubleshoot platform and product-related issues
• Guide customers on using products and features effectively
• Deliver timely, accurate and high-quality customer support

Your Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Strong interest in AI and new technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and comfortable troubleshooting issues
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment
• Availability to work either Day or Night Shifts, depending on the selected schedule

The Offer

• Day Shift: working hours scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00
• Night Shift: working hours scheduled between 22:00 and 07:00
• Additional compensation for qualifying night work in accordance with Portuguese labour law — 25% from 22-24h & 06-07h and 50% 24-06h increase for night work, subject to the applicable legal and contractual conditions and exceptions
