Capital on Tap is seeking an experienced Lead Automation Engineer to own automation across payments, onboarding, and banking domains. This hands-on role champions end-to-end quality, develops robust automated tests (API, UI, mobile), and operates within a mission team.

You’ll mentor peers and drive CI/CD integration to fail-fast quality gates. The role starts fully remote, with a Lisbon hybrid setup planned later.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in QA Automation/SDET within Agile teams.
• Proficient in C# or JavaScript/TypeScript for automation.
• Experience testing fintech/financial systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the comprehensive automation testing strategy for your domain.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated API, UI and mobile tests.
• Coach and upskill QA engineers on automation best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to shift-left quality.
