Signicat is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead one of our Platform Services teams, owning the authentication platform and related services built on OpenID Connect. You will balance new capabilities with reliability, security, and technical debt while growing a high-performing team.

You will work closely with the Senior Engineering Manager for Platform Services, architects, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable platform capabilities for Signicat’s SaaS offering.

Since 2007, Signicat has been steadily growing organically and through strategic acquisitions, which led us to become a pioneering Pan-European Digital Identity Service Provider (DISP). The Role

As a hands‑on Engineering Manager, you will combine .NET programming and engineering leadership with technical product ownership for one of our Platform Services teams. You will be responsible for growing and supporting the team, driving delivery, prioritizing the roadmap and backlog, and balancing new capabilities with reliability, operational excellence, and technical debt.

Your team is one of three Platform Services teams developing and operating critical shared services for Signicat’s SaaS platform. Specifically, this team owns the authentication platform that secures Signicat’s SaaS offering. Built on OpenID Connect (OIDC), it provides the identity and access management foundation used across our products. Additionally, the team develops and operates a portfolio of platform services that contribute to the security, reliability, and scalability of our SaaS platform, including our secure long‑term storage service.

You will work closely with the Senior Engineering Manager for Platform Services, architects, and stakeholders across the organization, ensuring your team delivers secure, scalable, and reliable platform capabilities that create value across the company.

Salary

€60,000‑€80,000 gross yearly. We are open to discussing the salary based on your skills and competencies.
