Signicat is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead one of our Platform Services teams, owning the authentication platform and related services built on OpenID Connect. You will balance new capabilities with reliability, security, and technical debt while growing a high-performing team.

You will work closely with the Senior Engineering Manager for Platform Services, architects, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable platform capabilities for Signicat’s SaaS offering.

Qualificações

• Experienced engineering leader with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Strong software engineering background with architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical priorities and delivery plans.
• Excellent communicator with stakeholders.
• Experience leading backend teams in cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem to guide architectural decisions.
• Familiarity with identity and access management technologies (advantage).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Own the technical roadmap and backlog for the platform services team, balancing priorities, operational excellence and technical debt.
• Drive the evolution of Signicat’s authentication platform for security, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities that accelerate product development.
• Guide architectural decisions and promote engineering best practices, observability, automation, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to engineering strategy, ways of working, and long-term technology direction.
